1960-2024 

Jumelle Maddy, 64, of Delray Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully while in care
surrounded by his loved ones after an unfortunate battle with continued illness on
Monday, December 2, 2024. Born on November 5, 1960, in Leogane, Haiti, Jumelle
was the beloved son of the late Andre Maddy & Yranie Saintil.

Jumelle Maddy labored as a luxury chauffeur. He enjoyed meeting new people and
learning all the different perspectives that each one had. He also owned a garden that
contained a variety of plants that he would often barter so his family could have a better
life. Jumelle is survived by his loving wife, Muraline Maddy. Jumelle was the proud
father of Andrex Maddy, Kerps Maddy, Amstrong Maddy, Wolfsken Maddy, Meliva
Maddy, Luther Maddy (Chelsea) and Johnny Maddy (Kianna). He also cherished his 6
grandchildren. Jumelle grew up with a large family. He is survived by his 23 siblings. An
extremely hard-working man, Jumelle immigrated to the United States in the early 90s
determined to find a better opportunity for his family. Shortly thereafter, he was able to
successfully bring his remaining sons to the US. Although money did not come in
abundance, he always found a way to not only provide for his immediate household, but
he also frequently provided for his siblings back in Haiti. He was a lover of sightseeing,
he frequently took long drives with his wife, Muraline, and kids to random places of
interest. He was also somewhat of a historian, who often liked to tell interesting and
captivating stories.
A public viewing will be held at Emmanuel Funeral Home in Lake Worth, Florida, on
Friday, December 13, 2024. A celebration of his life will take place at Bethel Baptist
Church in Delray Beach, Florida, on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.
Jumelle Maddy though gone, will never be forgotten. His memory lives on forever.
